The visa fee for a visa to Cyprus will be 80 euros
Visa to Cyprus will be charged from December 1, ATOR informs.
“The visa fee for adults for processing Cypriot national visa will be 80 euros, for children from 6 to 12 years old – 40 euros. The decision was taken by the Council of Ministers of the Republic,” – clarified the association.
Before the new rules come into force the Russians may get their entry documents for free. The application processing time is from three to five working days.
Now you need multiple Schengen, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian or Cypriot national visa to travel to the country. The period of stay on it shall not exceed three months within a 180-day period.
In September, the European Union suspended agreement on simplified visa regime with Russia. Cyprus was the last of the EU states to raise the visa fee for Russian citizens.
