to Jungle house.
The house is located in the quiet village of Vasa Kilaniou , in Limassol district
area in Cyprus

This is a village
traditional holiday house with 2 bedrooms.
|
|
As the most traditional houses in Vasa, to enter the house you need to
pass though the street door, that keeps the house and the whole courtyard
isolated from other houses giving you more privacy.

Courtyard:
There is a rich green in the courtyard (like jungle) so almost the
main area of the house is not visible from the steer door.

building is divided in 2 stories

Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms both upstairs. |
| The
master bedroom upstairs has a double bed and a baby cot.

The second bedroom upstairs has 2 beds (one double and 1
bed of3'6") also an extra cot is included.2nd

Please note that
because of the old design of the house, to access in the master bedroom
you have to pass tough the other bedroom, so this maybe in not convenient for 2
different couples,
but will be ok for family and children.

Bathroom
and W/C:
There is a bathrooms with
WC, wash basin and a shower
cubicle with shower attachment.
As in the most old traditional village houses,
so as to the 'Juggle house' the
bathroom is located in a different room outside of the main
building.

Kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchen it make the villa more operational. Detailed
equipments are:

There is a beautiful garden with old and big trees in the courtyard area.

There is a balcony on the
bedroom story with view to the garden and courtyard downstairs. courtyard

Barbeque:
There is a BBQ in the
outside area of the house where you can cook your grilled meat using
charcoals, or you can make our traditional "Cyprus souvla". For
that there is the appropriate equipments.

Directions
to the Villa:
- From Paphos Airport: Drive from Paphos Airport until
you reach a 'T' junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about a 1
km turn right and drive North, then follow the signs to use
the motorway to Limassol. At the middle of the motorway to Limassol
have a look on your left side of the road to see the label 'Avdimou',
then turn left and follow the signs to Vasa. during this point you
will find the consecutive villages 'Avdimou', 'Prastio', 'Pahna' and
then Vasa. Vasa is a small village and anyone you ask will tell you
where is the 'Jungle House'. The owners of the house Mr/s Eraklis and Eleftheria Demetriou
lives in their house next to the
'Jungle house' and will be waiting for you.! From Paphos
Airport will take about 60 minutes
- From Larnaca
Airport: Drive about 50 Km to Lemesos (Limassol) using the
motor-way, then another about 20 km towards Paphos, then follow the
sign for 'Avdimou village and then use the same direction as above.
From Larnaca Airport will take about 80-90 minutes

for Rental rates
- Prices
are for 1- 6 persons occupancy.
- 2-3
additional people can be accommodated up to maximum of 9 for a
fee of 10.00 CYP per day per person. For those additional
persons we may supply cots on request.
- The prices
above include all local taxes and expenses of the villa.

Air-condition use (optional) charged 2.50 Pounds per day, per unit.

Booking
Policy:
-
A
non refundable deposit amount 30% of total rent is payable at the time of
firm reservation to 'secure' the reservation.
You can send the
deposit by:
- Credit card
(Master Card, Diners Club or visa).
- Banks
transfer (for that we can sent you our banks Account).
- Western union.
The balance can be paid the first or second day of arrival at the
villa:
- By cash in
local currency or equivalent in UK Pounds/ US Dollars
- Travellers
checks in Euro, US dollars or UK Pounds are also accepted
- Sorry for
this villa we don't accept balance payment by card
Special
discount:

If the 70%
balance amount will be paid paid 3 months before arrival by bank's
transfer (optional) you have a 5% discount in that amount.
- If
you wish to pay the full amount by bank's
transfer from the time of reservation (optional) we can make you a
5% discount in this full amount.
